BODEGAS PIQUERAS EL ABUELO DE PIQUERAS BLANC 2020 (SPAIN) 13.5% ABV
A delightful crisp, fruity unoaked white wine from Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from the estate's coolest high altitude vines within the Almansa region of Spain. The grapes are hand selected and harvested at night during the first two weeks of September and then fermented at low temperature for around 2 weeks. The wine is then aged for a further 3-4 months on fine lees with regular manual bâtonnage. Intense citrus, lime and tropical notes and a persistent finish. Food-friendly wine to enjoy!
