Viña Bujanda is the project that Carlos and Pillar Martínez Bujanda decided to launch from their home town, Oyón, where their great-grandfather, Joaquín Martínez Bujanda, founded the original family winery.
The nose is all elegance with hints of cigar box and mature blackberry, plum and sloes. The palate is full-bodied and round and the finish is long and refined and intensely complex - plum, cacao and mocha notes emerge alluding to great aging potential. The wine will pair particularly well with roast meat, game and mature cheeses.
